Reel Trecks is an online retailer of electric bikes, cargo trailers and fishing accessories for anglers. We sell bikes and separately available gear such as fishing rods, rod holders, phone mounts and tackle boxes.

How we operate

You purchase from Reel Trecks through secure checkout powered by Shopify. Many products ship directly from our supplier warehouses. Items in one order may arrive separately; Reel Trecks is your contact for order questions, tracking, return requests and help with warranty claims.

Before you order

We ship to the United States, with typical delivery in 10 to 30 days from ordering. Shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout. Review the shipping policy and return and refund policy before buying. Warranty coverage varies by model; contact us for the exact terms before ordering.

Reel Trecks is based at 3429 Pinnacle Peak Dr, Raleigh, NC 27604, United States. This is our business office, not a showroom; orders ship from our supplier partners' U.S. warehouses.

Brands and manufacturers

Reel Trecks is an independent retailer. Bikes sold under their own brand names, such as REVI, Qualisports and Sur-Ron, are made by those manufacturers and supplied to us through our distribution partners; Reel Trecks is not owned by or affiliated with those brands. Specifications and some product images for these bikes come from the manufacturer. Models named "RT-" (such as the RT-OBX and RT-T6) are Reel Trecks-selected models built by third-party manufacturers; they are not copies of, or associated with, any other brand.

Bike photos and accessories

Fishing-setup images illustrate how a bike can be equipped. Rods, tackle boxes, phone mounts, coolers and trailers shown with a bike are sold separately unless the product description explicitly includes them. Check the listing for what is included, and contact us with any questions about fit.
