Shipping policy

Delivery time

Orders typically arrive in 10 to 30 days from the day you order. Many of our e-bikes, trailers and parts ship directly from our supplier warehouses, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Where orders ship from

Reel Trecks is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. We don't hold inventory at our office: e-bikes, trailers and most accessories are shipped directly to you by our U.S. supplier and distribution partners from their warehouses in the United States, including California. Packages are delivered by national carriers such as UPS, FedEx or freight carriers for large items; your tracking email names the carrier.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Any shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The 10 to 30 day delivery time includes order processing at the warehouse and carrier transit time.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you tracking information. If you haven't received it within 10 days of ordering, contact us and we'll check on it.

Receiving large items

E-bikes arrive in a large box and may need some assembly, such as attaching the handlebar, pedals and front wheel. Please inspect the box when it arrives and photograph any damage before you open it.

Lost or damaged shipments

If a package shows delivered but you don't have it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
