Hub motors at both wheels deliver true two-wheel drive. The dedicated front motor switch (red/green button) on the handlebar engages or disengages the front motor on the fly, so you choose between maximum traction and maximum range without stopping. A twist throttle and Shimano 7-speed drivetrain round out your options for every stretch of the route.
The high-capacity 48V 25Ah lithium battery is lockable and removable for charging at home or at camp. A built-in BMS power-saving system manages the cells, the pack carries an IP65 waterproof rating for wet conditions, and it delivers 40–60 miles per charge in pedal-assist mode. Rider weight, cargo, terrain and assist level all shape your final range.
Front and rear hydraulic disc brakes give you stronger, more sensitive stopping than the mechanical brakes found on most bikes in this class—reassuring when you're carrying gear downhill to the water. The lockable front suspension fork soaks up ruts and washboard, then locks out for efficient pedaling on smooth pavement.
